Claims Executive

Location: Thames Valley Region

Salary: Up to £40,000 based on experience

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Claims Executive to join our team, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional claims service across the Thames Valley Region. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with at least 2 years of insurance experience who is passionate about claims management and eager to develop their career with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee client claims with insurers, negotiating settlements and ensuring compliance with FCA guidelines
  • Provide stewardship for large clients, leading claims propositions alongside Account Executives and conducting regular client claims meetings
  • Present our claims proposition to prospective clients, supporting new business and retention efforts
  • Handle high-value and complex claims, ensuring the provision of accurate, efficient, and value-added services

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
  • Resilience and the ability to work under pressure, using initiative and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive and engaging attitude, committed to delivering a high level of service

This role is office-based in Basingstoke or Winnersh, with a flexible hybrid working pattern and regular travel to clients in the region.
