Residential Property Conveyancing Solicitor

A Chambers ranked law firm in Henley on Thames is seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancing Solicitor to join its well reputed and award-winning team.

This is a social firm that regularly hosts events and gatherings for employees. These include a Summer and Christmas party as well as charity events and other social gatherings to reward success and enhance team spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Consult with clients, offer property advice
  2. Conduct due diligence and legal research
  3. Draft and review property contracts
  4. Negotiate terms with opposing solicitors
  5. Manage financial aspects of transactions
  6. Ensure legal compliance throughout the process
  7. Oversee property title transfers
  8. Maintain client communication and documentation
  9. Resolve legal issues as they arise

Qualifications:

  • Qualified solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer
  • SRA or equivalent membership
  • Experience in property conveyancing
  • Strong knowledge of property law
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in legal software
  • Local property market knowledge is a plus
