Join a well-regarded firm known for its outstanding reputation, largely built through word-of-mouth. With a recent expansion including a second branch, we are looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor to manage a diverse caseload in both freehold and leasehold matters.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage a comprehensive caseload of property litigation matters, focusing on both freehold and leasehold issues.
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients, ensuring high levels of service and client satisfaction.
  • Drafting, understanding and reviewing legal documents and agreements, ensuring they comply with current laws and regulations.
  • Working on a variety of different agreements and applications including ground rent applications, tribunal applications, breach of leases, service charge breaches, lease interpretations and much more!
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Solicitor or Fee Earner with 3-4 years of experience specifically in property litigation.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritise a full caseload independently.
  • Strong understanding of both freehold and leasehold law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex legal matters clearly to clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
