Join a well-regarded firm known for its outstanding reputation, largely built through word-of-mouth. With a recent expansion including a second branch, we are looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor to manage a diverse caseload in both freehold and leasehold matters.
Day-to-day of the role:- Manage a comprehensive caseload of property litigation matters, focusing on both freehold and leasehold issues.
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients, ensuring high levels of service and client satisfaction.
- Drafting, understanding and reviewing legal documents and agreements, ensuring they comply with current laws and regulations.
- Working on a variety of different agreements and applications including ground rent applications, tribunal applications, breach of leases, service charge breaches, lease interpretations and much more!
- Experience as a Solicitor or Fee Earner with 3-4 years of experience specifically in property litigation.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritise a full caseload independently.
- Strong understanding of both freehold and leasehold law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex legal matters clearly to clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
