Job Title: Legal Administrator and Legal Cashier Assistant (Accounts)
Salary: £23,500
Location: Henley-On-Thames
Hours of Work: 09.30 - 17.30 Monday to Friday

Our client, a well established practice with lovely offices in central Henley are looking for a detail oriented and organised administrator to support their team in delivering excellent service and assisting with Accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Code and input staff and office expenses, ensuring timely processing and accuracy
- Accurately input receipts and disbursements into the CRM system
- Assist with month end billing
- Collation of data
- Provide support for the legal team
- Handling telephone calls and answering queries
Skills:
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work well in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Experience in accounts is desirable but not essential as training will be given.
