A superb opportunity has come up for a Paralegal to join our client’s Family team at a highly regarded legal practice.

It is essential that you have strong Paralegal experience and have been used to managing your own caseload.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Document management - collating and checking documents, preparation of files
  • Assisting with day to day legal tasks
  • Drafting legal documentaion and reports to clients
  • Research tasks and analysis of documents in order to provide advice
  • Ensure files are kept up to date, accurate and in accordance with company procedure
  • Assisting with the preparation of statements
  • Managing your own caseload and ensuring cases run smoothly
  • Good business acumen

Essential skills:

  • Flexible and willing within a busy team environment
  • Wills & Probate experience and managing your own caseload
  • Accurate with good attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Highly organised
  • IT literate, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office

The salary for this role is negotiable.
