A superb opportunity has come up for a Paralegal to join our client’s Family team at a highly regarded legal practice.
It is essential that you have strong Paralegal experience and have been used to managing your own caseload.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Document management - collating and checking documents, preparation of files
- Assisting with day to day legal tasks
- Drafting legal documentaion and reports to clients
- Research tasks and analysis of documents in order to provide advice
- Ensure files are kept up to date, accurate and in accordance with company procedure
- Assisting with the preparation of statements
- Managing your own caseload and ensuring cases run smoothly
- Good business acumen
Essential skills:
- Flexible and willing within a busy team environment
- Wills & Probate experience and managing your own caseload
- Accurate with good attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Highly organised
- IT literate, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
The salary for this role is negotiable.
