A new role has been created within the position. This key role involves coordinating requests to the appropriate trainers, ensuring all client requirements are met efficiently with a strong focus on minimising travel and mileage through effective route planning.

A solid understanding of geographical areas and route optimisation is essential for success in this role.

Key Duties

  • Overall management of the schedules for our field-based trainers, including continual review to ensure route optimisation at all times
  • Maintain regular communication with field-based trainers to ensure smooth scheduling, Liaise with clients to offer and follow up on training dates
  • Research overseas travel requirements, including flight options and travel times to support overseas client bookings
  • Resolve any scheduling conflicts promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to clients and trainers

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
