Marketing Assistant - Luxury - Henley-on-Thames - Perm - up to £25K

We are seeking an energetic and highly organised Marketing Assistant to support a luxury brand in its marketing efforts. In this dynamic role, you will be integral to executing marketing campaigns, organising events, and ensuring a consistent and engaging in-store and online presence.

We encourage applicants who have previously worked on the shop floor in luxury retail and are now looking to move into an HQ role, especially if you have exposure to POS systems and merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support marketing initiatives, including event planning, logistics, and asset management.
• Assist with wholesale marketing, ensuring all visual merchandising and digital assets are up-to-date.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to facilitate marketing activations.
• Manage marketing collateral orders, budgets, and inventory.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, with exposure to POS and merchandising standards.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for events.
