We are seeking an exceptional Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our client in Henley-on-Thames. This role combines lead generation, digital marketing and external partner collaboration to ensure all marketing activities align with business objectives.Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract potential clients through targeted campaigns
- Manage social media, email newsletters and promotional content to align with company goals
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure branding and messaging consistency across banners, posts and marketing materials
- Track and optimise marketing activities to improve engagement and conversion rates
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the beauty, wellness or aesthetics sector.
- Strong understanding of social media, email marketing and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- A results-driven mindset with a keen eye for branding and content
