Our client is an established and growing 6-partner private practice law firm on the South Oxfordshire/Berkshire border. Known for providing top-quality legal advice to commercial and private clients across the Thames Valley and beyond, the firm is looking to expand its thriving Residential Property department.
The Role:
- Join a dynamic and supportive team of 5 fee earners
- Work on high-value residential property matters (ranging from £400k to £6 million)
- Assist the Head of Residential Property with complex conveyancing transactions
- Manage your own caseload, including:
- Sales and Purchases
- Development work
- Remortgages
- Equity Release Schemes
- Transfers of Equity
- Matrimonial Conveyancing
- Leasework

Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 2+ years of conveyancing experience
- Proven ability to handle a broad caseload of residential property matters
- Strong academic background
