An exciting position for an experienced Estate Agency Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Sales Manager to join a highly regarded, vibrant and award-winning independent company
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister who has a consistent, successful track record within the Estate Agency industry and a high level of experience in winning new business. If you love winning – our client loves paying!
You will be responsible for generating valuations, spotting opportunities, winning listings for the right price at the right fee and growing the business.
You will also have the ability to build rapport, maintain long term business relationships and be able to work independently, autonomously and also as part of a successful team.
The Company: Our client is an independent Sales and Lettings agency based in the Berkshire & Oxfordshire area that offers expert advice in all areas of sales and lettings.
Skills required for this Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Sales Manager (Estate Agent) role will include:
- Experienced residential estate agent
- Extensive Listing / Valuations experience
- Superior sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
