Our client, a luxury brand, based in Henley, is looking for a bright, friendly and confident Head Receptionist to join their team and work from their amazing HQ.

As the face of the company, the successful candidate will be welcoming every visitor and employee through the door. This is an exceptionally important role and a really varied position where no two days will be the same.

We are looking for someone with expeirence in a similar role, able to multitask and work on their initiative whilst providing a first class service to clients and staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Overseeing the opening and closing of the reception area of Global HQ

* Leading by example as a visible Brand Ambassador for all visitors and employees

* Greeting all visitors, booking them in, and assisting their onward experience

* Offering encouragement, coaching, and support to the wider team

* Assisting with inboard telephone liaison and email liaison

* Assisting with events

* Responsible for the facilitation of booking of meeting rooms

* Responsible for weekly alarm tests and trusted with Fire Marshall duties

* Assist in setting up for events, ordering supplies and catering

PERSON SPECIFICATION

* Experience working in a luxury and/or hospitality front of house environment is desirable

* A passion for the delivery of exceptional client service and guest experience

* Excellent communication skills and confidence in liaising with a wide range of people

* A can-do attitude and a positive, flexible outlook

* Outstanding customer service skills, serving customers in a polite, friendly, and professional manner
