We are seeking a Mid or Senior Marketing Account Manager with sector experience in either Healthcare/Pharmaceutical or Technology. This role is ideal for a candidate with a creative flair, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering measurable results within fast-paced, evolving industries.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a marketing agency, strong social media marketing capabilities, excellent account handling skills, and the confidence to lead client campaigns from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities for the Mid or Senior Marketing Account Manager role:

Managing strategic marketing campaigns for clients within the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical or Tech sector.

Supporting the end-to-end creative process, collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Identifying and driving opportunities for client growth and campaign expansion.

Overseeing general project management duties including budgeting, scheduling, and campaign monitoring.

Leading or mentoring a junior team member (1 direct report).

Executing exceptional account handling and relationship management.

Ensuring client goals and KPIs are met through strategic and creative marketing delivery.

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge for the Mid or Senior Marketing Account Manager role:

Previous experience within a B2B marketing agency is essential.

Minimum 2 years experience in account handling and marketing strategy.
