- Membership Growth: Promote, sell, and manage gym and leisure memberships, ensuring high levels of member satisfaction and retention.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of personal trainers, ensuring the highest standards in fitness instruction and personal training services.
- Customer Experience: Deliver outstanding gym inductions, personal training sessions, and fitness classes tailored to individual member needs.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily operation of the gym, ensuring equipment is well-maintained, clean, and safe for all users.
- Health & Safety: Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, managing risk assessments and gym standards.
- Proven experience in gym management or senior fitness roles.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and motivating a team.
- REPS Level 3 or 4 certification (or equivalent) and First Aid certified.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
