CARE TEAM LEADER / FIELD CARE SUPERVISOR
We are looking for an experienced Care Team Leader / Field Care Supervisor to add to our excellent care team which operates in the domiciliary care sector. We are located on the Berkshire/Oxfordshire border. We offer homecare and complex care.
- Competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 yearly DOE

The Role:
- Work closely with the care and office teams to ensure the levels of care being provided is at the highest level
- Assist in care planning and conduct risk assessments ensuring compliance to relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- Perform quality assurance visits for clients and manage complaints and incidents
- Promote a positive culture in line with the company ethos and values
- Provide inspired leadership to the team ensuring exceptional service is delivered to clients
- Support the recruitment and training of Care Professionals and the office team
- Ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to by all employees
- Assessments, spot checks, shadow shifts, supervisions, care plan reviews etc.
- The role is based predominantly out in the field managing the care team
The Candidate:
The ideal candidates should have:
- Extensive care experience with a proven track record in providing consistent excellent customer service
- Good knowledge and understanding of compliance and legislative requirements of the Care Standards regulations
- Strong skills or experience in conducting care assessment and care planning
- Good working knowledge of IT Systems
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Supervisor experience of care teams
The Package:
- We offer a market leading competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience, yearly, plus revenue based team bonus
