In the Finance Manager role, you will:

  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and manage the company’s financial strategy
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to ensure financial stability
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and produce timely statutory accounts
  • Perform profitability analysis by product and customer to identify opportunities and risks
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development and growth

To be successful in the Finance Manager role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a Financial Controller, Finance Manager, or equivalent role
  • Professional accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the business
  • IT and Accounting system experience including Xero
  • A proactive, adaptable approach with strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills

This is a temporary opportunity initially with a potential to go permanent for the right person. You'll receive a competitive salary plus benefits depending on skills and experience.
This is an office based role in the Denbigh region, working full time hours, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
