Mixxos are recruiting for a Customer Support Advisor to join the team of our client who are leading in their industry! The role is a 12 month fixed term contract to start as soon as possible. Key Responsibilities for a Customer Support Advisor:
- Processing of orders
- Manage all orders from receipt to shipment
- Customer queries
- Invoice support
- Support other departments
- Investigate orders
Key Skills for a Customer Support Advisor:
- A driving license is necessary due to the location of the role
- Previous customer service experience
- Organised and great attention to detail
- Able to multi task
- Excellent communication skills
