Working Pattern: 5 days on-site

What Youll Do:

Support existing manufacturing lines & introduce new products
Lead problem-solving and process improvements
Drive industrial validation using FMEAs and process proving
Manage design modifications & ensure configuration control
Optimise production for safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
Develop tooling and manufacturing instructions

Engineering Apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21) + HNC/Degree in a relevant field
