We’re hiring for a growing company, offering a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in their finance department based in Hereford. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth financial operations, from invoicing and credit control to month-end reporting. Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage invoices in line with company policies.
  • Handle incoming finance-related correspondence and distribute accordingly.
  • support credit control, maintaining accurate records and chasing outstanding payments.
  • Support with cost transfers and approvals.
  • Assist with month-end reporting, including time, billing, cash flow, and budgeting reports.
  • Maintain and reconcile cashbooks and bank accounts.
  • Monitor and update calendars to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist in implementing new finance processes and improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and procedures.
  • General administration duties
