Field Service Engineer Automation, machinery, packaging industry
Hereford / Mobile (UK)
< £42,000 pa +, Negotiable on experience, plus Overtime pay
5 weeks holiday plus Bank Holidays (33 days total)
40 hours per week, early finish Friday
Responsibilities:
- Commissioning, installation, & breakdown service of multiple types of packaging machinery (single machine or full production lines) on customer sites
- Organising own diary
- Acceptance testing (FAT/SAT)
- Providing customer service excellence communicating, reporting and problem solving remotely and in-person
- Delivering training, advice and guidance to other engineers (both customers and colleagues)
- Attending exhibitions and training & validation courses as required
Requirements:
- Qualified Mechanical/Electrical Engineer (BTEC / HNC / HND)
- UK Driving licence & Passport (or full residency)
