Production Operator

£25,500-£26,000 + OTE £32K + Shift Allowance (12hrs, Days and Nights) + Overtime + 25 Days Holiday + Training + up to 10% Pension

Having been around for almost a century, this company have continued to grow and expand into new markets and are looking for an engineer to help with their expansion and join their close-knit team in Hereford by offering a generous package as well the opportunity for the right candidate to develop themselves within the business.
The core responsibilities of this role will be to work alongside the team leader and managers, operating machines to treat various metal products to meet customer and client specifications using specialist techniques. Full training will be provided on their specific machinery.
The right candidate will ideally have experience in a production/manufacturing environment and be comfortable in a hands on role in a small team.
