Location: Stretford/Old TraffordAbout the Role:We’re seeking an energetic and customer-focused Inbound Sales Advisor to join our clients team. In this role, you’ll handle inbound calls from customers facing plumbing or gas emergencies, providing support and coordinating with trusted contractors to resolve their issues. Alongside helping customers in distress, you’ll have opportunities to boost your earnings with commission for every service successfully arranged.This is a fully inbound role—no cold calling, no lead generation—just assisting customers who need urgent help.Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls from customers experiencing plumbing, electrical or gas-related emergencies.
  • Arrange for partner contractors to attend customer properties and resolve issues.
  • Ensure customer details and job specifics are accurately recorded.
  • Maximise service opportunities to secure commissions while supporting customer needs.
