We are looking for an Inbound Sales Advisor to join our client's team on a temp-to-perm basis.
The role involves managing inbound calls from customers facing plumbing, electrical, or gas emergencies and connecting them with the right contractors.
Candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle emergency situations with empathy and professionalism.
The position offers a salary of £11.50 per hour plus £5 per sale, with potential earnings increasing based on performance.
No prior experience is required, but a customer-oriented approach is essential.

We are seeking a motivated Inbound Sales Advisor to join our clients team on a temp-to-perm basis. The successful candidate will handle inbound calls from customers experiencing plumbing, electrical or gas emergencies, assisting them in connecting with the appropriate contractors.Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls from customers in need of emergency assistance.
Gather necessary details about the customer's emergency situation and arrange for a contractor to attend to the issue.
Process and handle customer payments efficiently and accurately.
Aim to achieve sales targets, with potential earnings increasing based on performance.
Ensure a positive customer experience by providing accurate information and timely connections to tradespeople.

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Ability to handle emergency situations with empathy and professionalism.
No outbound calling; all interactions will be with customers who initiate contact.

Details:

40 hours per week, including either a Saturday or Sunday.
Temporary to permanent contract.
Shifts will vary between 7 am and 9 pm.
£11.50 per hour plus £5 per sale (approximately 20 sales per day at peak).
