- Handle inbound calls from customers experiencing plumbing, electrical or gas-related emergencies.
- Arrange for partner contractors to attend customer properties and resolve issues.
- Ensure customer details and job specifics are accurately recorded.
- Maximise service opportunities to secure commissions while supporting customer needs.
- Base salary of £22,500 per annum
- Uncapped commission structure (£5 per sale, with potential to achieve £100+ per day during peak times).
