Sonic Summary

We are looking for a HR Advisor for our Education client based in Hereford, available for either part-time or full-time work.
The salary for this position ranges from £30,000 to £32,500, with great benefits offered pro rata based on experience.
The role allows for hybrid working arrangements, providing flexibility for the right candidate.
Candidates should have proven skills in HR, employee relations, report writing, and experience within schools.
A CIPD qualification is required, along with experience in handling HR casework such as disciplinary and grievance matters.

We are seeking a HR Advisor for our Education client based in Hereford to work on. permanent basis either part time or full time paying between £30,000 to £32,500 + Great benefits pro rata depending on experience.

This role allows hybrid working.

HR Advice & Support
Schools experience
Employee Relations cases (ER)
Report writing
HR Policies
HR Casework - disciplinary, grievance, sickness, absences management, TUPE,
CIPD Qualified
