We are looking for a HR Advisor for our Education client in Hereford on a permanent basis.
The position offers a salary between £30,000 to £32,500 plus great benefits, pro rata based on experience.
This role allows for hybrid working, providing flexibility in work arrangements.
Candidates should have proven experience in HR, particularly in schools, employee relations, and HR casework.
A CIPD qualification is required for this position.

We are seeking a HR Advisor for our Education client based in Hereford to work on. permanent basis either part time or full time paying between £30,000 to £32,500 + Great benefits pro rata depending on experience.

This role allows hybrid working.

Report writing
HR Policies
HR Casework - disciplinary, grievance, sickness, absences management, TUPE,
CIPD Qualified
