We are seeking a HR Advisor for our Education client based in Hereford to work on. permanent basis either part time or full time paying between £30,000 to £32,500 + Great benefits pro rata depending on experience.

This role allows hybrid working.

The successful candidate will possess proven skills working with the following -

  • HR Advice & Support
  • Schools experience
  • Employee Relations cases (ER)
  • Report writing
  • HR Policies
  • HR Casework - disciplinary, grievance, sickness, absences management, TUPE,
  • CIPD Qualified
