We are seeking a talented Head Chef/ Kitchen Manager (may also suit an experienced Sous Chef looking to progress) to lead our Kitchen and Front of House team (working with our FOH Team Leader. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food, creativity and strong leadership skills to manage a dynamic kitchen environment. As Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food production and preparation, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and hospitality.

- Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management and staff development.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Hours
Contracted to 40 hours per week, the role will involve working weekdays and weekends on a rostered shift basis (which you will devise).Sociable working hours- the Kitchen is currently open 9am-5pm. NO SPLIT SHIFTS OR LATE FINISHES!
This job will be conditionally offered on the basis of receiving positive referencing within 4 weeks of commencing employment.
