Work efficiently and independently to complete the surveys within the project timeframe.
Requirements:
Proven experience in building surveying, ideally within healthcare or similar environments.
Strong knowledge of building fabric elements, defects, and maintenance requirements.
Experience using handheld data collection devices and asset capture software.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and strong reporting skills.
