Client Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:
- Nurture and manage relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify new sales opportunities and convert incoming leads into long-term clients.
- Actively source new leads within your assigned market area.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and updates within the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the wider sales team to deliver a seamless customer journey.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in client relationship management, sales, or a similar customer-focused role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of GCSE Maths and English (C or above).
- Self-motivated, with a passion for achieving goals and targets.
- Willingness to learn about our product range and technical details.
