Description

Salary:£32,500 per annum
Hours:40 hours per week, Monday Friday (flexibility considered)

The Role

As a key part of theClient Retention Support team, you will play a vital role in maintaining and developing strong relationships with key accounts. Your primary focus will be to support the Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) and ensure a seamless experience for clients throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management Support Manage CRM inboxes, calendars, and post-meeting actions, including preparing quotes and booking appointments.
  • Client Onboarding & Handover Coordinate all setup meetings, materials, and liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management Maintain up-to-date client records, complete CRM actions, and support data accuracy.
  • Client Support Assist with incoming client inquiries, process orders, and manage client accounts efficiently.
  • Outbound Client Sales Follow up on quotations, coordinate promotional campaigns, and proactively engage clients through outbound calls.
