Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Hereford
Salary: £41,000 - £45,000 plus annual bonus and access to company car when travelling to clients
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:45am - 4:45pm and early finish on Friday 8:45am - 1:45pm.
HRGO is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join a reputable FMCG business based in Hereford. The company offers a fantastic benefits package and genuine career prospects.
Key Responsibilities of a Project Manager:
- Manage and implement new machine projects from start to completion.
- Conduct regular site visits to customers and suppliers for technical training, machine acceptance tests, and project reviews.
- Review enquiry documentation, agree on specifications, and prepare detailed tender documentation.
- Oversee the design and build specifications of machines.
- Liaise with third parties and sub-suppliers both onsite and via teams.
- Organise the delivery and collection of machinery (UK & international).
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance during installations.
- Assist Sales Managers during customer visits and presentations.
- Manage project budgets, costs, and profitability.
- Track new machine projects commercially and ensure smooth execution.
- Plan and manage on-site installations and project completion.
- Prepare visit reports and attend exhibitions as required.
What We're Looking for in a Project Manager:
- Previous experience in project management
- Ideally some engineering knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of logistics and import processes
