ITS Hereford have exclusivity of supply with a successful construction business, looking for a motivated suitably experienced construction person to be integrated into an Assistant Contracts Manager position.
With a credible experience in construction you could be a Site Manager, perhaps with some limited involvement in project management or co-ordination of tasks, this may be the role for you.
Tasks include managing contracts between clients, suppliers and subcontractors to include:
- Drafting, reviewing contract terms
- Negotiating terms
Education You could possessadegree in a related field such asconstruction management or business or engineering to be considered. Perhaps you have certificates in CIOB, RICS, APM, IRM or ICE.
You will have a presence, able to read a room with people, have a good way with peopleto understand what motivates others whilst also a good listener, then this may be a good opportunity to step off thetools.
