The Role:

As a Senior Associate in their Residential Property team, you will have the chance to take on a broad range of responsibilities, including:

  • Leading the residential property team with a focus on delivering excellent client service.
  • Taking on complex and high-value residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and new builds.
  • Overseeing and managing junior team members, while also being involved in case handling.
  • Collaborating closely with clients and providing expert advice on a wide range of residential property matters.
  • Supporting the growth and development of the team and firm.


About you:

  • A qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in residential property law.
  • Experience in managing a caseload independently, including complex residential property transactions.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • An ambitious individual who is keen to take on a leadership role and contribute to the firm's growth.
