A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a UK known manufacturer in the Hereford Area!
With no day ever being the same the Electrical Maintenance Engineer role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.
Role & Responsibilities:
- PPM and Reactive Maintenance on motors / gearboxes / conveyors / pumps
- Troubleshoot and fault find in electrical control systems, PLCs etc
- Working with hydraulics and pneumatics to maintain equipment
- Collaborate with different teams across the business to ensure the machinery is at its optimal performance
- Adhere to all Health, safety and environmental regulations across the site
- Document maintenance activities using the CMMS software
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Ideally apprenticeship trained - HNC/BTEC within electrical engineering
- Food / FMCG / Plastics / Packaging Industry exaperience
- PLC fault finding knowledge and experience
- 18th Edition - desirable
- Experience working on Electrical control systems
