The Role 

The Senior Engineer role will work onsite, Monday to Friday, supporting product research and development activities within the engineering and manufacturing departments. You will work closely with the NPI and R&D teams to help bring products and solutions to life and for sustainable manufacturing.

You will play a hands-on role in building prototypes and product testing/approval processes working in close adherence with rigorous medical device quality accreditations. The Senior Engineer will draw on their CAD expertise (ideally SolidWorks) and be able to troubleshoot manufacturing issues in relation product design.

You will support bespoke adaptations and installation solutions to a product range that positively impacts the lives of its users daily.

The Person

The Senior Engineer will ideally have experience in engineering design and assembly manufacturing. Familiarity working with a range of materials including metals, wood, and plastic for products is highly valued for the role in addition to experience testing products and prototype work.

You will ideally hold a high-level engineering qualification or equivalent and be able to work onsite daily with interaction with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams. CAD experience is required for the role with ability to create designs using SolidWorks being a key part of the role.
