This role will lead a small team in the delivery of commercial finance support, FP&A and management accounting for the business.Responsibilities will include: * Acting as business partner to senior stakeholders in key business areas* Delivering analysis to support decision making* Identifying opportunities and risks for commercial benefit* Preparation of budgets and forecasts and supporting budget owners* Drive data led decision making and enhance the use of data to this effect* Conducting investment appraisals and supporting contract negotiations * Overseeing the production of management accounts and associated monthly board reporting / commentaryThe successful person will have:* A recognised UK accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)* Relevant experience in commercial finance roles* Leadership capabilities to manage, lead and develop others* Strong communication skills to support team and business stakeholders* Strong competency with financial systemsThis is a great opportunity to work under a highly capable and inspiring CFO who will support your development and encourage you to maximise your potential.
