Workingpattern: Hybrid working

Duration: 2 Months initially

Location: West Midlands

A local council has approximately 100 category D food premises that require inspecting before the end of March 2025.

The work schedule is completely flexible; you will not be required to work standard office hours and instead will be provided with a list of local food businesses and left to organise your own work programme using your own transport.

You will be required to:

  • Complete a full food hygiene and food standards inspection for each premises
  • Establish the risk rating and FHRS
  • Submit copies of the completed intervention report and proforma (plus letter if necessary)
