We are now recruiting for a Timber Frame Panel Maker to join our dedicated workshop team, engineering and producing high-quality panels that provide the structural framework of our timber frame buildings.

In addition to this, as our Timber Frame Panel Maker you will be responsible for:

  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
  • Selecting and preparing materials.
  • Processing and assembling timber components to exact specifications.
  • Performing systematic quality inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet project goals.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe working environment.

In order to be successful in this role you must have / be:

  • Previous experience in timber framing, carpentry, or similar trades (preferred but not essential).
  • Confident using hand and power tools.
  • Skilled in reading technical drawings
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to high-quality work.
  • Physically fit, well-organised, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
  • Positive attitude with a solution-focused mindset.
