Job OverviewThe Trust is seeking an experienced Band 7 Occupational Therapist to support patients in community and acute stroke inpatient care. This pivotal role involves comprehensive assessments, personalized rehabilitation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality therapy to stroke patients in community and inpatient settings.
- Provide expert support for rehabilitation and recovery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans.
- Independently manage complex caseloads, including discharge planning.
- Minimum 6 months NHS experience.
- Experience in stroke rehabilitation and community-based care.
- Proven ability to manage complex and diverse caseloads.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
