About the Role: As a key support to the Management Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth on boarding processes and regulatory compliance. From maintaining records to monitoring policies and procedures, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, organisation, and problem-solving.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in maintaining compliance documentation and electronic filing systems
  • Verify client on boarding processes in line with industry regulations
  • Monitor internal policies and generate reports on compliance metrics
  • Conduct research on regulatory changes and best practices
  • Support internal audits and regulatory inspections
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth compliance operations
Key Skills:
  • Previous experience in compliance, onboarding, or an administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
