What You Will Do:

- Undertake planned preventative maintenance activities, ensuring safe plant operations and maintaining product quality.

- Develop and enhance maintenance systems and procedures, contributing to continuous improvement activities.

- Resolve plant issues and breakdowns efficiently, minimizing downtime and enhancing equipment reliability.

- Participate in plant improvements, modifications, and capital investment projects, showcasing your technical expertise.

- Coach, mentor, and support engineers and operational technicians, acting as a subject matter expert on plant equipment and technologies.

- Demonstrate a logical approach to problem-solving and fast-paced decision-making across a varied technology base.

What You Will Bring:

- A time-served Apprenticeship in an engineering discipline.

- Level 3 technical certificate & NVQ Level 3 in an Engineering discipline.

- Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
