A Team Leader - solar panel cleanervacancy has become available in our ever-growing organisation.
Ideally you will have experience as a team leader or site supervisor& have some experience of working at height and operating cherry pickers, however full training will be given to the right applicant.
Health & Safety is paramount in the work we do and therefore following strict H&S procedures is essential in keeping the whole team safe, everyday. You will be familiar with adhering to detailed RAMS and be able to meet strict deadlines for work completion and communicate professionally with our clients when on site.
You must be reliable, flexible & be able to problem solve, have excellent communication skills, be hard working & happy working outside in all weathers!
This role is physical and involves driving to different sites accrossd the country cleaning solar panels and leading a team on site for both ground mounted & commercial rooftop arrays for a variety of our different clients across the UK. You may be working at hospitals, ports, factories, agricultural sites, commercial sites, airports, universities, schools & solar farms etc.
This role would suit a reliable, trustworthy and positive person looking to lead a small team of solar panel cleaners on different sites around the UK. (you will also undertake the solar panel cleaning). We use a variety of different methods to clean solar panels, which include hand cleaning, machine cleaning and the use of cleaning robots.
Most weeks you will work away from Monday to Friday, however, sometimes work may be based more locally. Therefore, you will need your own reliable transport, a full drivers licence and the ability to get to the yard in South Herefordshire.
Accommodation while working away is often in hotels or airbnb which is paid for by the company in full. Your evening meals & breakfast are also paid for by the company while you are working away.
This is a full time position to start ASAP.
