The Role

They are looking for a motivated Telesales Specialist to join their sales team. In this role, you will connect with potential and existing clients to promote their range of supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to new and existing clients in the funeral industry
  • Promote and sell their range of funeral products and accessories
  • Build strong customer relationships with professional, empathetic communication
