The Role
They are looking for a motivated Telesales Specialist to join their sales team. In this role, you will connect with potential and existing clients to promote their range of supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to new and existing clients in the funeral industry
- Promote and sell their range of funeral products and accessories
- Build strong customer relationships with professional, empathetic communication
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Handle inquiries, provide detailed product information, and manage objections
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business goals

The Ideal Candidate:
Theyre looking for a great communicator who thrives in a sales environment. Youll need to be sensitive to the needs of their clients and possess excellent organisational skills.
- Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (B2B preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an empathetic approach
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
