We are looking for a qualified solicitor with strong experience in Commercial and Residential Property Law to work in this highly reputable law firm. The property team of 10 is now looking for an additionalCommercial & Residential PropertySolicitor to manage existing clients and new enquiries on a wide range of property cases including commercial leases, rent reviews, purchases, sales, remortgages and commercial leases. This is a really broad role and therefore you should have extensive experience in both areas.
The Commercial & Residential Property Solicitor role is open to full-time or part-time applicants.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Commercial & Residential Property Solicitor:
- Manage a broad range of property cases from standard residential conveyancing, transfers of equity, sales of commercial buildings (farms, hotels etc)
- Building effective relationships with clients offering advice, solutions and going the extra mile
- Building relationships with introducers in the market
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive property experience in BOTH Commercial and Residential property law
- Strong communicator and highly organised
- Good team player who is able to operate within an existing experienced team.
