  • Supporting the recruitment process, attending interviews
  • Delivering on-boarding and induction
  • Guidance and advice to all employees on HR policies
  • Update any employee changes on system
  • Deliver training to line managers on specific HR areas
  • Advising and supporting on ER matters including disciplinaries, grievances capability as well as upskilling line managers
  • Driving and supporting employee engagement and well being initiatives
  • Have ownership of HR projects through to completion
  • Support HR function to deliver global HR projects
  • Championing the developing company culture
  • Contributing fresh ideas for continuous improvement so as to streamline process and introduce efficiencies

To be successful in this role, we require:

  • CIPD Level 5 or working towards qualification
  • Sound all round HR generalist experience dealing with ER casework, absence management, stakeholder management, employee engagement, policy writing and updating
  • Confident in handling challenging situations
  • Well organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of current UK employment law
  • Excellent IT skills
