Your new companyLarge well-established private sector organisation - blue collar environment. Your new roleThis role is a HR Generalist position focused on employee relations and providing professional HR services across the organisation, including:* Employee relations, including absence, disciplinaries, capability and conduct management processes and grievances.* Support, monitor and analyse all aspects of attendance on a daily and weekly basis. Undertake return to work interviews when required.* Support performance management process, where necessary, advising departmental Managers regarding any issues and processes.* Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR Information systems. Prepare and analyse reports necessary to carry out the functions of the department.
