**What You Will Do:**
- Take ownership of the product backlog, ensuring it is aligned with business needs and meticulously prioritised.
- Collaborate closely with the business and customers to define the product vision and facilitate agreements on the product backlog.
- Oversee all stages of product development, removing impediments to ensure successful delivery.
- Act as the primary liaison for the product, engaging with the wider business to evaluate and deploy product strategies.
- Help build, maintain, and prioritise development backlogs, ensuring they are detailed enough at the right time for agile delivery.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the Global Digital Development Centre by sharing your agile skills and knowledge.
**What You Will Bring:**
- Experience in product ownership and project delivery through software development teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in Agile and Scaled Agile practices for product ownership.
- Strong understanding of the fundamentals of iterative software development and incremental delivery.
- Proven ability to work across organisational silos, breaking down barriers to successful product ownership.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to mentor and lead within an agile environment.
