- Provide second-line support for office-based, remote, and mobile users.
- Manage second and third-line support for hardware, networks, and applications.
- Install and configure PCs, software, and applications.
- Administer servers and monitor systems using appropriate tools.
- Set up and maintain LAN networks, including switches and access points.
- Configure and support mobile devices.
- Participate in IT projects and document processes and troubleshooting guides.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016-2022, and Active Directory.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, and SQL Server.
- Familiarity with SCCM, MDM tools, and patching processes.
- Project management experience.
- Degree in Computer Science or relevant IT qualifications.
- Knowledge of ITIL v3 or higher.
