The Role

As a 2nd Line IT Support Analyst, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support for hardware, software, and networks.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving escalated issues from 1st line support.
  • Managing tickets effectively, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Supporting users remotely and on-site as needed.
  • Assisting with IT projects, system upgrades, and deployments.
  • Documenting solutions and contributing to the knowledge base.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a 2nd Line Support or IT Helpdesk role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and networking.
  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting and remote desktop tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
