We are seeking a Commercial Solicitor to join our established and very respected Law firm client based in Herefordshire. Dealing with all aspects of Commercial Law. Commercial Contract law, incl Reviewing, Drafting and Negotiating Commercial documents.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide good quality advice to clients.
- Advise on and manage an existing caseload of Commercial and Commercial Contract Law matters.
- Develop and maintain knowledge in Commercial and Commercial Contract Law
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the whole team to share knowledge.
- Contribute to future business development initiatives and carry out networking internally and externally.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor
- 3 Year to Mid-level PQE.
- Demonstrable technical ability and drafting, reviewing and negotiating skills.
- Ability to work flexibly.
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Proactive, ambitious, and organised with a keen eye for detail.
